How SONARGES collects, uses and protects your personal data.

Your data belongs to you.

SONARGES is committed to protecting the personal data you entrust to it and to strictly complying with applicable Moroccan legislation (Law no. 09-08 on the protection of natural persons).

What data do we collect?

When you use our website, we may collect:

  • Form data : first name, last name, email, phone — only when you contact us or apply for a position
  • Attached documents : CVs, cover letters, supplier supporting documents (RIB, trade register, etc.)
  • Technical data : IP address, browser type, pages visited (for anonymised statistical purposes)

How do we use your data?

  • Process your contact requests, applications, or supplier registrations
  • Send you institutional information if you explicitly request it
  • Improve the operation and performance of the site (aggregated statistics)
  • Comply with our legal obligations

Sharing with third parties

Your data is never sold to third parties. It may only be shared with:

  • SONARGES' internal departments responsible for processing your request
  • Administrative or judicial authorities if required by law
  • Technical service providers (hosting, maintenance) under a strict confidentiality agreement

Security and protection

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against any unauthorised access, loss, destruction or disclosure: TLS encryption, access control, regular backups, periodic security audits.

Retention period

  • Contact messages : 12 months maximum
  • Unsolicited applications : 12 months after receipt
  • Applications to offers : up to 3 years (talent pool management)
  • Supplier registrations : duration of the commercial relationship + legal deadlines

Your rights

In accordance with Law 09-08, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access : obtain the list of data processed about you
  • Right to rectification : correct any inaccurate information
  • Right to erasure : request the deletion of your data
  • Right to object : object to the processing
  • Right to portability : receive your data in a structured format
