Three levels of governance.
Supervisory Board
Supervises the Executive Board's activities and ensures proper implementation of strategic decisions.
Executive Board
Leads SONARGES policy and represents the company to third parties.
Specialised Committees
Six committees dedicated to audit, strategy, risk, investments, CSR and nominations.

It assists the Supervisory Board in defining the company's strategic orientations and their implementation, as well as in monitoring multi-year programs.
It makes proposals and recommendations to the Supervisory Board regarding the establishment of nomination and overall remuneration policies. It also plays an essential role in proposing performance criteria, evaluation, and monitoring of compliance with good governance practices, thereby ensuring the company's sustainability and sound management.
