The SONARGES Supervisory Board, convened on Monday, March 30, 2026, under the chairmanship of Mr. Mohammed Saad Barrada, the Minister of National Education, Preschool and Sports, constituted a structuring step in monitoring the Company's performance, evaluating the progress of its strategic projects, and examining its development prospects.
This session highlighted the major achievements of the 2025 fiscal year, characterized by significant progress in financial and operational indicators, confirming the solidity of the Company's development model and the relevance of its strategic orientations.
The 2025 fiscal year was marked by a significant increase in turnover, supported by strengthened commercial momentum and increased optimization of the value of the infrastructures operated. This performance resulted in notable development of the client portfolio, both in the B2B segment, through the consolidation of partnerships with sports federations, institutions, and event organizers, and in the B2C segment, characterized by a significant increase in the number of beneficiaries and users of sports infrastructures.
Financially, the Company records a positive situation, reflecting the consolidation of its financial balances and the effectiveness of the optimization measures implemented. These results also reflect the continuous mobilization of teams around national priorities for the development of sports infrastructures.
Operationally, SONARGES continued its efforts to improve and modernize the infrastructures under its management, with a particular focus on the quality of equipment, user safety, and the optimization of operating conditions. These actions resulted in improved occupancy rates, rationalization of operating and maintenance costs, as well as an increase in user satisfaction levels, confirming the relevance of the performance and customer experience-oriented approach.
The Supervisory Board also took note of the significant progress made in commercial development, particularly through the diversification of revenue sources, the strengthening of asset valuation mechanisms, and the expansion of strategic partnerships.
Following this meeting, the Supervisory Board called on SONARGES to continue its efforts in transformation, operational excellence, and value creation for the benefit of national sport.
